  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, LENNOX TRADING, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, LENNOX TRADING, LLC ships merchandise to Australia, Canada, Japan and Europe, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (not including weekends and holidays), unless otherwise noted in the item description. We do NOT process orders placed after 12 Noon EST. Orders can NOT be shipped out the same business day and we can NOT guarantee delivery times. If you have an emergency need, contact our sales support staff at (305) 477-3935 Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm EST to place your order.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

  • Return Policy

  • MERCHANDISE INSPECTION: The customer, upon receipt of shipment, should carefully inspect all merchandise. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt. Claims for package shortages or concealed damage must be made in writing to Lennox Trading’s Customer Care Department within five (5) days of delivery or any such claim is waived. All such claims are subject to verification by Lennox Trading, LLC. For freight damaged items, retain all packaging and immediately contact our Customer Care Department at 305-477-3935 or sales@elennox.com for further instructions.

    RETURN GOODS PROCEDURE: Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from Lennox Trading, LLC. All returns must be initiated within 30 days from receipt of goods. Contact our Customer Care Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, shipping address and proper return instructions prior to any return. All returns, including warranty returns, must be shipped to the location specified by Lennox Trading and all freight charges will be paid by Lennox Trading except for those where the product is not damaged. Freight collect returns will be refused. All returns, other than warranty and freight damaged items, are subject to a handling/restocking fee minimum 20% of the invoice price of the item. ITEMS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN INCLUDE: Private label items, dealer configured or custom made products, special customer orders, non-stocked or discontinued items, products that will expire in less than six months and items in unsanitary condition. The customer is responsible for all returns until received by Lennox Trading, LLC. Return authorization are valid only for 30 days from the date of issue.
